This is the studio of Robin Ranga who graduated from AUT – Bachelor Art & Design – Visual Arts, 2005 and shifted from Auckland to Port Waikato over two years ago.

The driving force behind her art is the compulsion to explore through her fingers the world around her.  Living at Port Waikato, she finds offers her the inspiration to experience the sense of “touching” the environment and connect to the dynamic natural forces unique to the West Coast.

A multi-media artist from painting and ceramics to sculpture in clay and wire, Robin exhibits regularly from local Art @ the Port event days to the Auckland Museum, Letham and other galleries in Auckland.

Winner of the 2009 “Best Local Artist Award” Franklin Art Festival, finalist -  Portage Ceramic Awards 2009, 6 month installation (seagulls) Kaipara Coast Sculpture Gardens, opened November 2009.

Studio :
7 Cobourne Place (opp. Cobourne Gardens)
